    I gave up rice, potatoes and pasta over 2 years ago. From my time in Hawaii and all of my life, rice was my staple. I was told I could not eat it due to my pre diabetic condition. This rice serves all of my purposes! I eat it as it is, and, I have made Spanish rice with it. An excellent product! It definitely fixes my rice craving!
