Rogan Josh – Kashmir

• 4 tbsp cooking oil
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 4-5 pieces cinnamon sticks
• 3-4 cardamoms
• 3-4 cloves

• 1-2 fillets of chicken – roasted or barbequed to pair with the rice
Kabuli Pulao – Afghanistan
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Cooking oil
2 finely Chopped Red Onions
4 cloves finely Chopped Garlic
½ tsp Cumin seeds
4 cloves
4 pcs Cinnamon stick
2 Black cardamom
1 tbsp Shahzada Garlic Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Tomato puree
½ tsp Black Pepper

Chullu Kebab – Iran
INGREDIENTS: (recipe serves 2)
• 1.5 cups Shahzada Extra Long Grain Basmati Sela Rice (brown bag)
• 3 cups water or vege stock to boil the rice in
• 2 cubes butter
• 1 whole tomato to roast
• 1 lbs French fries – can regular fry or air fry
• Dill (optional but adds a lot of incredible flavor to the rice)
KEBABS can be store-bought or made at home. To make at home the ingredients and recipe is as follows:
• 1 lbs minced meat (beef/ lamb/ chicken)
• 1 cup Red onion, finely chopped
• 4 Green Chillies, chopped
• 3 tbsp coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp mint leaves
• 1 tbsp Shahzada Garlic Ginger Paste
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp mace
• 2 tbsp gram flour
• 6-8 cherry tomatoes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Shape into kebabs and steam on the pan/ coat with some butter and airfry
